Container unpacking operation refers to the operation process of taking out the items packed in the same container and handing them to the consignee.
Operation process: Preparation of unpacking operation plan: The container freight station prepares unpacking operation plan according to the LCL information shown in the customer declaration or manifest.
Deconsolidation service: Before opening the box, should first observe the box door for obvious damage deformation, abnormality and seal is intact, if found missing seal, or damage to the box, if necessary, should notify the shipping company to send someone to the scene, the two sides on-site observation unpacking situation.
After opening the box door, Check the outer package of the goods first and confirm that it is in good condition, then the goods can be moved out of the box one by one.
After removal of goods, The name of the goods and the specification of the goods mark, the number of pieces, the weight of a single piece, the volume, etc. should be checked in accordance with the data of the unpacking plan, and then the goods should be divided into marks and stored in the warehouse. If it is found that the packaging of the goods is different, the name of the goods, the number of pieces, the specifications and so on are not consistent with the unpacking plan, it should immediately make a written record, take photos if necessary, and notify the customer immediately to define the responsibility.
Empty container return: Check the box, after the container is emptied, the freight station staff should urge the crew to clean the container, remove the original markers, and check the inner surface condition of the container, record the damage, water moisture, oil, deformation and other conditions of the box, and timely feedback to the shipping company.
Return empty container, After the unpacking operation is completed, the empty container information should be immediately fed back to the storage yard, and the empty container should be arranged for return in time, or returned to the empty container yard outside the port designated by the company.
