If it involves other departments, it shall report to the relevant departments in advance and obtain consent before it can be shipped.

If the loading and unloading operation is the responsibility of the carrier, the operation shall be carried out according to the requirements of the shipper, the characteristics of the goods and the handling procedures. ⒋ Transportation of large goods, belongs to the over-limit transport, should be in accordance with the provisions of the highway management agency to apply for the "over-limit transport vehicle permit", according to the approved route. When transporting large goods in urban areas, it is necessary to be examined by public security organs and municipal engineering departments and issue transport permits before it can be transported.
